Questions? We've got answers
Will the colors fade?
Your design is dye-sublimated, which means the ink goes into the polyester fibers instead of sitting on top like a sticker, so the colors stay bright. Like any printed mat, strong all-day sun and soaking weather wear it faster, which is why it lasts longest under a covered porch.
Can it go outside?
Yes. It's made for light-duty indoor and outdoor use, and the rubber back helps it grip. Indoor/outdoor. Lasts longest under a covered porch. It isn't built to sit in standing water, heavy rain or snow all season.
How big is the mat?
One size: about 30 × 18 inches (finished size is approximately 29.5 × 17.5 in). It weighs about 2 lb and has a rubber grip back to help it stay put.
When will it arrive?
Every mat is printed just for you after you order. It usually ships in 1–3 business days, and Standard delivery then usually takes about 4–8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
